新的一年开始了,想不想知道自己多少岁了?(18岁以下免测)
---有感于年度总结 看完题目,估计就有人想拍砖 。。。废话,自己多少岁还能不知道!!! 且听我慢慢分解: 每个人应该有3个年龄。 1. 法定年龄--就是你那个ID card上的出生年月日推算出来的。 2. 生理年龄--就是你的身体状况, 18岁以下,大多数人的法定年龄和生理年龄match得比较好,所以18岁以下可以免测。 a,每周运动2次,每次1小时以上吗? b,每日入睡时间7.5-8.5个小时吗?入睡容易吗? c,每日3餐吗?规律吗?食欲好吗? d,体重正常吗? (身高cm-105)=体重kg ---(+/-15%以内正常) d,正常时的心率是50-75次/分钟吗?运动后心率120左右感觉非常难受吗? e,血压多少? f,血脂多高? g,胆固醇,血糖,血液粘稠度,血红细胞数正常吗? h,生气,激动时有心律不齐的现象吗? i,是否经常有腰痛,肩膀痛,脖子痛的现象? 记得国内有个广告说:20岁的人,60岁的心脏;60岁的人,20岁的心脏。由此可见,60岁的法定年龄,不一定就是60岁生理年龄。40岁也不一定就比50岁年轻呦! 对照上述列表,看看自己是不是过早老化了。 3. 心理年龄--那和法定年龄差别就更大了。 a,经常生闷气吗? b,容易被人激怒吗? c,常感觉自己委屈吗? d,觉得周围优秀的人多吗? e,每周反省1次以上吗? f,和周围的人沟通容易吗? 所以,目标应该是:18岁的容颜,28岁的身材,68岁的智慧 新年计划制定好了,大家努力吧! 请高手具体量化指标,请高人补充。 |

这是在一个教人找工作的小册子上看到的,但是我认为适合任何生活状态下的任何人,是不是可以用来作为拿你那三个8的行为细则: Self Care C Re-charging Your Batteries Develop a schedule that includes looking for work, sleep, exercise and recreation Get physical! Plan activities even as simple as taking a walk or riding a bicycle Leave the house for at least one outing every single day Read books for pleasure Create personal space for YOU in each day Fulfill social, intellectual, physical and spiritual needs Learn how to say “no” Stay away from whatever causes you stress, as best you can (people, situations) Be silly Give thought to balancing out your life: work/leisure/relationship/learning Begin doing things for YOU on a daily/on-going basis Take a retreat at a quiet peaceful nurturing place Incorporate more laughter in your life (movies/videos/friends) Take up a hobby that gives you pleasure Set personal boundaries Let some things slide C like perfection! Read about successful people Lighten up Consider journaling (in an artists way) Maintain a sense of adventure Make friends with an exercise program C aerobics/walking/running/dancing/swimming/skipping Consider yoga, meditation Read motivational literature or listen to tapes (Public Library) Volunteer Take mini breaks throughout the day Explore the world of colors and aromatherapy for changing mindsets and perspective Listen to music Check out deep breathing for more energy and relieving stress Eat sensibly Watch sunset Revitalize relationships Go tot the mountains As of now make changes to take more care of yourself C start somewhere Pick more daisies ... |
