自动巡航--turn on --（３档）中间位置; 按一下(自动巡航)最左的按钮．

The best way is to see owner's manual.

*** Be sure to check you have brake lights when you press brake pedal. Cruise control will be disabled according to input from brake switch. If brake switch is defective, you can not disable cruise control with brake pedal quickly. The other way to do that is to turn off the cruise control switch manually.
