Be careful, 保险公司 sucks;
They don't care; I would say they would rather you have some responsibility; Due to in a car accidents, both cars and any lost involoved will be covered by their own insurances; This is the agreement made among the insurance companys;

So they would rather you have some fault and give them a reason to rip you off next year; otherwise, if you are not at fault, they paid but can't increase your insurance, for this kind of cases, insurance lose money;


If you don't understand my point that's fine, but please never believe that 保险公司和你是坐在一条船上, you are on your own; They don't care, they just need to find somebody to blame and pay the bill;

This is the only point I was worry about; fight for it and learned your lession;
Be smarter;

Due to if unsafe change lane and cause the accident, your 100% at fault;
if pure tail in, his 100% at fault for sure;

Anyway, fight with them and contact with the insurance to address the situation (never mention that change lane story again)

if you lose the fight, lane change story will be the only reason drag you down;

这里和大家讲一下今天的经过，首先去了事故处理中心，他们说你的案子已经现场处理了，我告诉他我不服分局的处理我没有责任，并告诉他一个警察的态度不好请求帮助，中心的沙沾（Sergeant）说你应该去处理的那个分局，直接和处理你事故警察的老板谈也是一个沙沾谈。

去分局，告诉要见沙沾，一个傻货警察捣乱说沙沾忙，你不用和沙沾谈和他谈就可以，我叫这捣乱的哥们写下他说的话和名字警号信息他才不捣乱，等候一小时多那个主管沙沾才来，我问他你知道我来找你多久了，他告诉我2分钟之前，我说我已经告诉人一个多小时了他这时才说抱歉他去吃饭了，然后我和他说了情况，并告诉他昨天有一个警察的态度不好，他马上给昨天的2个警察电话，说他们忙明天约时间。可后来他接了个电话，并说那个警察有24年的交通事故处理的经验，他相信那个警察的判断。我告诉他我不同意他的判决，我要找律师或交通事故处理专家来帮助我还会找他们来，表面看他有点心虚，可是事后估计他们还是会串通的。感觉解决这事的难度不小，会权衡利弊的大小再进行后面的步骤。不过还是会想投诉处理我事故的那个警察。

后又找了一个华人的事故处理的公司，说了大致情况，建议我看病和向保险公司要钱，觉得还是不妥。

然后又和几个朋友说了说情况，就先报了保险公司一些基本的信息，明天给保险电话我不同意警察局的判断，看他们能否帮助我。而且我还会再找分局的人投诉，如果不满意最后准备投诉到OCPPs. 暂时的情况就是这样。
