Find a real estate agent who specializes in retail commercial leasing. Give him the idea of what you are looking for - area, size, equipment, direction and etc.

The rent varies even for one block, and size matters as well. For a 200 sf store along the road side on Queen, the monthly rent could be anywhere between $400 and $800, or could even go higher given the traffic.
