33岁读本科是不是很不正常?

better than working as a labour
worse than keep hunting your previous professional job (if you can find it in 1 year)
I believe study definitely is not an interesting thing as your expectation, especially in universities of Canada (totally different from that in China based on my experience).

if people are unfortunately older than 30, making more money should be their total interest.

pleaase consider your 机会成本 seriously before your 2 more year study.
