can I plead no guilty in Calgary when being fined for speeding in the other city?

I am living in Calgary, but fined for speeding when travelling in HW 16 close to Jasper last weekend. I know somebody posted how to plead no guilty to the speeding fine in Calgary, how about the case happen in the other city?
And three more questions:
1. how many points will raise my insurance?
2. within how many years, my driving record will be reset to 0?
3. Is it possible to waive 2 points in this case?

I was fined at $89 and 2 points for speeding over 26km, the limit is 90km.

thank you, cool. I will pay it since Jasper is too far. It's my first time to be caught anyway. I will keep watching the speed and the cop within next 2 years.
