小孩拿牛奶金的问题

本人打算短登加拿大，这里有一个疑惑？
希望有经验的人回答，谢谢！

短登的小孩是否可以申请牛奶金等福利？
对加拿大而言，我的登陆是将我的移民签证换成枫叶卡，那枫叶卡是否是加国的绿卡(PR)?
我的小孩再登陆后也将成为永久居民，是否有权享受加国的福利，比如，牛奶金？

如果是，需要什么申请手续呢？

登陆了?过关的时候会给一套申请表的，SIN阿 CCTB阿 都有的。
即便没给，也可以在网上找到。

To get the CCTB, you must meet all the following conditions:

1。you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
2。you must be the person who is primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
3。you must be a resident of Canada; and
4。you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months.

我的问题是：
按照条件3，在我短登离开后到我再次长登加拿大期间，我不能算加拿大居民，所以不能申请。

You can't apply CCTB if you don't live in Canada. Otherwise it's cheating.
