如果用RRSP作DOWNPAYMENT,那么是不是要在
CLOSING这天前把钱取出来.过了CLOSE DAY, 就不能取了?

谁说RRSP是付给律师? 是所有的首付用money order or certified cheque的形式给律师, 连同银行直接给律师的mortgage材料, 由律师再跟卖方办理交割. 至于首付的来源, 律师是全不管的, 只要你给他支票或汇票. RRSP的款用来首付, 做法是该款必须在提出之前存了至少90天, 首次购房者填一张Home Buyers Plan的表, 申请把款提出, 银行会把款用支票寄给购房者, 由购房者自己把该支票的款额和其它首付一起办好汇票或certified cheque交给律师. RRSP的款和律师无关, 更别提什么中国律师洋人律师了. |
