有谁了解WORKING SHARING计划?
公司最近订单下降,先LAY OFF了两批人,剩下的骨干(研发)不舍得裁, 要搞个WORKING SHARING计划: 一周少上一天或两天班, 少上的部分领EI. 但是有个问题没搞懂:有个4万一的上限;这个4万一的上限是指少上的那一两天领EI的钱呢? 还是指总钱数? 如果是指总钱数不超过4万一,那工资高的岂不是不工作的那天什么也拿不到? 更不明白的是,今天看到居然很多人已经签字同意了.(如果不是雇员100%的签字同意就不能实行). 有明白人给解释解释,谢谢. |
