EI期间怀孕了,可以在宝宝 生下来后 继续拿有pay产假吗
还是一样 要 产前一 年 内 工作超过600小时呢?

I think you can
After your regular EI finish, you can be switched to Maternity EI. You can ask EI consellor now, tell them your situation. It's possible that your regular EI turns to Maternity EI automatically. I have similar experience. Good Luck!

申请EI有个参数在里头,就是你的claim date. (在52周内可以选择激活旧的claim,或者建新的claim.) 另外的参数就是claim date前的insurable hours.够多少就可以享受EI了. 然后claim date后就是怎么享受EI. 通常Regular EI是52周内享受45周. 如果有其它maternity and parental EI,结合的方式是: Regular EI + Maternity EI + Parental EI + Sick EI = 50 week 单独的Maternity EI = 15week.可见如何结合起来休假拿EI,比不结合起来享受的利益要少些. 但是如果不结合起来,等修完regular EI后,则在修Maternity EI之前恐怕就没有足够的insurable hours.所以这个看自己的情况. |

i have the same experiment. in one year (before your due day 8 weeks) ,if your working time is still over 610 hours,you can got the maternity benifit .it is about 15 weeks.(it can change form your regular EI automatically).but your parental benifit will reduce because of your regular EI(it is supposed 35 weeks).good luck.
