First of all, if it is possible, try to get someone to take care of your store, let him/her to take all the profit, instead of closure. This way, you can keep most of your regular customers, at least. If I were you, I would even pay some extras (beside the profit mentioned above) to get a person to do it. If there is no option at all but to close for 3 weeks, then 1. You have to call OLG to make sure they are ok with your 3 weeks closure, better with their formal (letter) approval. 2. Check with your lease agreement, make sure no clause stating that you cannot close for more than certain business days, or otherwise you need to talk to your landlord to get approval (of course, better to get formal notice) 3. if there is no problem from either OLG or your landlord, then you have to contact ALL your suppliers, including but not limited to, milk, chips,newspaper...
