有人说从加拿大回中国出境时： 不过海关。也没有人检查护照？ 是这样吗？

正是这样： 来探亲的父母什么时候离境， 加拿大移民局是不是也不知道？

本人父母现在加拿大： 7月8号到期， 但我们希望他们7月底回国。 这样会有什么问题？

那在加拿大干坏事的人也不用担心了，反正出境没人管么。签证还要什么有效期呀，想什么时候走，就什么时候走，下回还可以接着来。

算了，还是提醒你一声吧，从陆地口岸离境如何咱不知道，从航空口岸离境绝对知道，你不知道加拿大有Advance Passenger Information System么？ 飞机起飞前，所有进出境的乘客基本资料全部要登记。在航空公司柜台checkin的时候，航空公司自然会检查你的护照并输入这些基本资料。

这是加航的介绍，其他航空公司也是一样，因为这是法律。
Advance Passenger Information

Air Canada (like all other airlines) is required to adhere to the Advance Passenger Information System (APIS), which requires the collection of specific information from every passenger travelling to Canada, to/from the U.S. and other countries. This information is required for the purposes of ensuring aviation safety and security.

Travellers must supply Advance Passenger Information at time of check-in or they will be unable to travel.

Following is a list of information required:

Full name (last name, first name, middle name if applicable)
Gender
Date of Birth
Nationality
Country of residence
Travel document type (normally passport)
Travel document number (expiry date and country of issue for passport)
Destination address in the U.S. (Not required for U.S. nationals, Legal Permanent Residents, or Alien Residents of the U.S. entering the U.S.)
How can I provide the required information for the passengers on my booking?

Online Form
Air Canada offers you the option of entering all the information online before you go to the airport. You will not be required to provide the passenger information again when checking in (unless some required information is missing). You can access the online form as many times as necessary to update the passenger information.

Web Check-in or Kiosk Check-in (Airport)
You will be asked to provide any information that was not entered in the online form when checking in. Click here to learn more about Web Check-in.

错了，是有记录的，记录你离境和入境日期都有，我这次回国了一次海关就发现了，因为我的报关单离境日期写错了，海关纠正，所以是肯定有记录的
