税务 政府抽查保税， 补充学费材料的问题

收到政府查税信，要查两项：1）EligibleTuition Fee （15430e) 2）Education and textbook - Full Time (15432e) 我到网上查了一下，要求T2202, Schedule 11, S11, 这些都好办，可是下面两个材料我不知道怎么弄，哪位朋友有经验能帮忙解释一下吗? 谢谢：

我的学费是用的政府的EI培训补助。

*A written confirmation stating whether or not an employer, union or other organization reimbursed the cost of tuition to your client or another person. We also need confirmation that the reimbursed amount was included in that person's income.
*Confirmation that the education amount your client claimed does not relate to a program for which he or she received Employment Insurance and/or training allowances.
