根本原因是:走路/跑步姿势问题,喜欢脚后跟先着地,所以容易疼。 我小时候就这样,后来有一年夏天参加学校的体育班,跑了一夏天,也疼了一夏天,不过就把脚后跟先着地的毛病改好了,因为疼,所以只好脚尖先着地,一个夏天坚持下来以后,没有再疼过。 改变姿势才能治本。 |
