If what you said is true, you should talk to the principle at once.

Talk to the kid and the principle. Try to know what happened and make sure that the principle give you a good reason. If you don't agree with them, make appointment with the trustee who is in charge of this school. When you talk to them, keep calm. Try to control your temper. Don't worry too much about English. You may request a interpreter. I ever heard from school secretary that a parent had an interpretor when he/she interviewed with teacher (after the report card was sent home) |

http://www.tdsb.on.ca/pandp/ppdocs/d...P044%20SCH.pdf If you are in toronto, please read this document carefully. THere are rules about behaviour and punishment. (I did not read. Just found FYI) If you are not in TOronto, try to find the similar regulation in your city. You have to know the base of your argument. Or you will be easily turned down by citing any regulation that you don't know. Be rational all the time when you argue. It is important. Being angry does not help you win. |

Good job! Did the principal explain why the kid was kept out of school? Now the teacher admitted that she ever said the "Banana" thing. This is good for you. Keep us informed.
