公司在没有任何通知情况下
单方面在一次工厂例会上宣布一个生产部门和相关检验人员被出售,成为一个分厂,这样做是否合理!可以申请EI?谢谢!

how about they push me to sign a new contract with the new employer and cut my hourly rate? how about they just want me to train their people and dismiss me! there is all kind of concern and worry even i don't lose my job currently!

唯一能做的事,合伙几个骨干一起拒绝签新合同,那就会可能造成这个买卖失败,因为新东家要有人来继续生产、开发等等(当然你必须确认少了你们几个,他们玩不转才行)。这样,新、老东家都要跟你们协商了。 |

if the new employer cut your hourly rate, you can apply EI, no matter you get laid off or not. If you are not happy about any new changes against your original offer, you have right to apply EI. I am 100% sure you will get it. however, those changes must be real, not in your image.
