到底付多少钱啊？

HUMBER　通知我于6月份前付清学费，有两个数据，2648与1364，查看了我的来信，就是2648元，不知是什么意思？-

1是付清全部学费，没有deferral fee.
2是付清一半的学费，加上付清40元的deferral fee.

是这样吧？

但为什么都说了不能用osap的费用付清呢？
