我认识的几个来自我们大陆的经纪几乎都是TMD 骗子.
都是那种良心被狗吃掉的人

这怎么是骗术了？
除非是2月买房子的那个人发现被骗然后现在出手，而且你怎么知道2月的那个房主是不是被骗了，是不是被经纪骗了？
有买有卖，很正常啊。

现在房地产Land registry office的网站正在升级，我查不到相应的资料。

但从MLS的历史资料里，这房子两年来前后三次拿出来卖，2004年7月，604900，没卖掉；2004年11月，584900，没卖掉；2005年2月，开价584900，卖掉560000。三次的卖主没变，经纪也是同一人，都是西人。买房的经纪也是西人。和在51上做广告的压根没什么关系。现在没见拿出来卖，所以我搞不懂51上的广告是怎么回事。不过以我的理解，香港人，这种生意手段，多了。
