为什么不留下一个，如果这边有什么事情，处理起来也比较方便。建议用PC的银行帐户没有LIMIT的限制，不受月费。

No, it doesn't. All foreign incomes need to be declared unless you were a non-resident.

你可以跟银行要求STATEMENT 是PAPER LESS 的，你用朋友的地址，他们不会寄帐单给你。你可以在网上看到你帐户里的情况。
