我这样认为地:不要盯着35万估价。那个在评价生意时越少越好。要是估成0你就不用交地税了。至于生意怎样评估划算不划算,我出2种算法:

1。生意归生意,物业归物业。生意开价18万值不值?物业要价47万值不值?生意值不值要看毛利有多少,所有的开销有多少(包括房租),净剩多少。如果95万里面没有多少薄...
首先谢谢回复。如果我要做的话,估计会连物业一起买下来,然后请人做,但会派父母一帮帮忙和监督,所以只请一个薪水给的高点的经理。因为我们夫妻的个人收入很高,不值得全职去做,最多周末晚上去帮忙。

只买35万物业、不买生意,每月收租金行吗?
可以单买生意,不能单买物业。
