搜索了RRSP的帖子都看了，还是糊涂呀

1。有个人说2003年错买成2002年的了，应该买的是2001年的。
现在2004，我2002年没收入，2003年有，税报回来上面有rrsp的contribution数额，难道要明年2005年才能买吗？
2。 从rrsp账号里取2万的那个帖子也没看懂，之后逐年还，还的那个1200刀每年，到底是否减税？
3 有几个说操作出错的帖子，难道钱不能随便从普通账号和rrsp账号间转来转去吗？比如我分次把contribution转入rrsp账号，年内发现用钱就转回一部分，年末前再转回去之类的。

1. No. You can buy 2003's RSP this year. The idea is you may choose not buy it in 2004 but wait until 2005.

2. RSP repayment will not be TAX free.

3. Once the money goes to your RSP account it is not easy to take it out. You may face 20% penalty if you withdraw it.

那第2点，如果不tax free的话，虽然2万取出来是税前的，但再填税后的2万进去，这进去的2万将来往外提，又得收所得税，感觉上还是亏了。但大家都这么做，又似乎有赚才对。

For the 20K you contributed into your RSP, you already got tax deduction at that year, why would you think you can get deduction again when you repay the money in RSP??

For all the money you take out from RSP must pay tax, RSP is not tax free, it just tax defer.
