今天真是暴晒呀

下午出去了几个小时，差点晒糊了。去了游泳池，人山人海呀。晚上做了凉面+糯米芝麻饼+绿豆汤，舒服多了。大多的童鞋们，你们今天都出去了嘛？

我现在晚上都是8点以后再出去散步。8点之前阳光还很足。 很久没跑步了，昨天跑了1000多米，就开始冒汗，上气不接下气，缺乏锻炼呀。
