朋友月底短登，想在温哥华租辆车到卡尔加里，请wen

1. Can he rent in Vencouver and drop off Calgary?
2. How much per day for a sedan?
3. Is chinese Visa good enough?
4. Is there any problem for his renting with chinese drive license?

sure, but must be international card

need notarization (in English)
