Courts never give anyone that call even she truly deserves it. Courts decide only on the amount of money or whether you should be put in jail.Besides, if this case was taken into a court, the oral contract would be certainly considered by the judge. One good book is a nice girl, nothing wrong can be seen on her end. Actually, I doubt that the landlord did this on purpose. She had planned kicking them out before school starting, but she couldn't tell them in March, because they would not stay if they 've known having to move around August. The landlord has cheated and used them for her own good.
