Waiting time for parents PR

I just checked my parents immigration status . It says that Beijing embassy received file on May 2nd and medical record received as well. As right now the status still saying " in process". Any one has idea how many months I still need to wait for the final visa approval ?

if they are in good health I would say about 2 months
it took my mom 2 months

Honey, I already waited for 2 months. The status saying that they got all documents on May 2nd. Now it is Oct 15th. That's concerning.

6月中旬显示收到体检结果，也还在等。有个帖子大家都说5，6个月的，没听说过2个月的。

Mine took less than 2 months. I would suggest you inquire Embassy the process since it has been 6 months already.

You can also check rolia.net for other people's progress. That will give you some idea how long it might take you on average.
