13/06/2005 凭我直觉，上海房地产即使不跌，也基本没有大涨的空间了。现在是最后一棒的问题。

明智之举，或许是卖了房子，分批逢低点买入沪深A股。最迟今年底明年春节，可能中股会启动。

从图上看，是2005年12月份启动的。

我的感觉是，上证指数至少会创历史新高。而且还不止。远远不止。如果没有大的动乱，战争，疾病等发生，那这场牛市就是历史罕见的恢宏浩荡，波澜壮阔。其涨幅将是非常惊人，非常出乎一般人预料的。

作为股票投资者，错过中国市场是可惜的，然而如果还是一个从国内出来的，则是不可原谅。去年触及千点的强势反弹及股改序幕已经揭示了市场长期牛市的必然历程。不过个人认为2000之上的市况几乎疯狂，价值股已不便宜，成长股本益比远超收益增长率，推动市场的只是充裕的流动性和机构们的信心，应该调整时不调整，反而连续攀升，这是很反常的，后市很可能加倍偿还。一个冷静理智的长线投资者如何做呢？兑现利润，等待市况转冷，不会是差的选择。

怎么感觉这象是又一次大跃进?中国企业除了垄断行业和剥削中国人自己的廉价劳动力还有什么企业有国际竞争力?不过是有一次大洗牌,想办法把老百姓的血汗钱榨光.

1）暴起暴跌，激烈振荡

2）总体大涨（以指数年收盘计）

3）B股问题解决。

问题是顶在哪里？目前我不敢进出就怕错过行情。０７年准备追加，但不知道何时进入合适。下周就有一笔银行定期存款到期，想买基金，能不能请推荐（上交所的户口）几个基金？谢谢。

过去五年真是加拿大的黄金时期，基本上是买什么P都翻了一翻。我就不信中国走不了１０年。

对3）感兴趣。如何解决？以前外汇进来的钱变成RMB？又如何能汇出境？现在是可以的，尽管手续费偏高。以前的说法必须等RMB自由兑换才能解决。
其实06年指数升了很多，但还有很多便宜的股，个位数PE的股。跟以前不同了。

没时间的，买基金不错。中国基金水平整体比国外的强多了，不说2006大牛，单讲2003－2005大熊，整体损失很小。中国人还是聪明。股票型基金我最看好。其中指数型本人感觉好－－看吧，2007年没几个人搞得过指数的。为什么？ 1）股指期货推出后，指数将有滔天巨浪。金融期货，中国曾有个国债期货，被迫停了，因为327。国债期货当时怎么个抄法？疯狂2字远远不够。这次股指期货出来，散户可坐稳了； 2）H股回归，指数想不涨也难，中移动，中石油，etc.

国家股理论上解决了，B股不会遥远。中国外汇储备已经太多为患，B股小市值，兑换不是主要障碍。即使全部换成A股，老外要美元出场（外资在B股里实际比例已经很少，主要是国人在玩），在人民币升值，储满为患的大背景下，这点美元国家也是换得出的。算算B股总市值即可。但我说B股解决，不是鼓励现在去弄B股－－已经涨很多了。即使和A对接，油水也不比以前。

随便一个金融网，个股推荐多的很。不便多谈个股，自己得做功课。我怕误人误己。

股票3两个月谈一次足矣，不必天天谈。否则影响心态。

一天指数能跌4％多，而且一周之内不止一天这样。所以1）已经应验。以后，暴跌的日子还多（今年内），特别是股指期货出现以后。

周一2月5号指数探底时，我计划1/3资金短线买进一只航天股。指数稍微一走强，该股或许有涨停。（周一下午外出开会，交易会不很方便）
