入籍 在保身份的两年中可以出差中国吗?

有一份工在加国有较大的公司, 但要到中国出差,每次可能一个月左右.一年多次.
我现在是在加保身份的后两年里,请问是否可以试?如果可以短期出差中国,是否要办理什么申请手续?

我觉得你应该属于下面第三种情况 应该可以算在residency days里面的

You must accumulate two years of physical presence in Canada in every five-year period. You can also count Canadian residency days if you are outside Canada for an extended period of time for one of the following reasons:

1. You are accompanying your Canadian-citizen spouse or common-law partner.
2. You are a child accompanying a Canadian-citizen parent.
3. You are employed on a full-time basis by a Canadian business, the Public Service of Canada or the public service of a Canadian province.
4. You are accompanying your permanent resident spouse or common-law partner who is also outside Canada and who is employed on a full-time basis by a Canadian business, the Public Service of Canada or the public service of a Canadian province.
5. You are a child accompanying a permanent resident parent who is outside Canada and employed on a full-time basis by a Canadian business, the Public Service of Canada or the public service of a Canadian province.

人家既然没说要求，就是没有要求。你保留好公司派你出去的相关文件证明就足够了。
