I didnt do lots of research,but have some common knowledge~~
gmo foods rip-up and agitate the bowels worse than just about anything else in the food supply.the same DNA implanted in GMO foods causing it to make pesticides also can change the healthy bacteria in ur gut to make those same pesticides. it causes the friendly bacteria in ur gut to become a chemical pesticide factory for months and even years later. what do u think that constant exposure to the delicate gut lining is going to do it?

问题是防不胜防！！！
比如， 加拿大允许用转基因玉米做原料（比如榨油、玉米粉等），这些原料用在食品加工上， 我们吃这些食品就间接吃了转基因玉米。

最广泛的就是 soy, corn,还有canola oil，这些用得最多，尽量避免。还有其它的，如果有谁知道希望能补充一下～～
