我看Hasty Market与一般的杂货店无异，为何每周要1500~3000的加盟费，能做么？

有一家店营业额3万+每周， royalty 每月1500， asking price 60万，-----每周royalty 1500的，要卖240万呢， LZ买嘛，将来与大伙说说，让我们长长见识啊

没有愚弄大家的意思，ICX广告的内容，1700/week，其他的不提了，大多1500~3000/week，我不懂，只是觉得奇怪，我想买店，不是卖店

我买店亏钱，agent负责么，我所见的，没几个agent懂生意，懂生意就不做agent了，做broker去了

This lady knows nothing , that is true she and Korean Agent got lots of listing, but just put there, if you want to look for store, better talk to Krean agent directly, most of them are responsible, not like our chinese agent.

You are right, most of agents know nothing, especially this lady, Mei Zhang, more terrible thing is, these agents hide the true information, they only want to get commission, they don't care the other things. they never considerour buyer.

有打包票买店不亏钱的Agent，麻烦吱一声啊！把店卖掉，对店主来说就是最大的买卖。

同意。那个marry 张经济很不负责的。她只管listing。你想看店吗？去吧，这是地址。连事先通报一下店主都不做。那个高丽经济李大为还可以。

就hasty market而言，我知道有些店生意确实很好。但是45%的毛利是没有的事- 纯属吹牛。

每周1700有可能是笔误，否则太离谱了。
