Magnetic Clutch is mechanical controller to between engine and compressor It consist of Armature, Pulley & Field Coil. Armature transmit the power to the compressor through the shaft. Pulley spins while the engine opearting by V-belt. Field coil generate the electricity by inside coil. When A/C switch turn on, electricity is generated on Field coil, and it makes the armature adhere with the pulley. Then the compressor compress the refrigerant and send it to the condenser. Once compressor is off set it like the following pic and remove the 10mm screw in the middle of the pulley. By sludgegine Then carefully remove the outer part of the Clutch.(There is a special tool which I didn't have I used to screw drivers but be careful) By sludgegine By sludgegine Then either the shims will come out with the outer peice like mine did or they will be sitting on the shaft once the outer part is removed. By sludgegine By sludgegine By sludgegine If you look closely the washers/shims are different thicknesses. You will need to Measure the thickness and then find one a little thinner and reinstall and check the Gap between the outer and inner part of the clutch. I will have to find out the exact specs but I believe it needs to be .016 Cannot be more than .020. Use a fueller gauge to measure the gap. 刚才拍了张compressor位置的照片,如图所示。 By sludgegine 红箭头所指是连接compressor的两根管,除头部是金属外,其余有半米多长的橡胶管连接。因此,如此将compressor mounting bolt拆除,compressor assembly就可以拿到车前部或翻转向上进行操作。不知大侠们意下如何。 |

那些spacer就是所谓shim,用来调间隙的,大了吸不上,小了会有摩擦噪声。 一般来说压缩机的噪声由于某个轴承磨损了造成的,Clutch处比较多。能吸和,电(吸和线圈)就没问题。机械部分拆下来如果看不出好坏,加一个垫片就可以顶那么一段时间(不是太建议)。 你的车压缩机可能要从底部拉出来,如果有足够空间就不要卸压缩机,反正以能操作为准。另外装皮带要注意张力,太紧也会出现类似噪音或损坏。 |
