首先本地的免费律师都是给low income的居民提供服务的，然后向政府要钱。你连身份都没有，那只能找volunteer律师，请问有几个律师愿意做义工，给一个远在中国的穷女子提供服务？要提供也是通过某些机构的，至于这些慈善机构有没有，都是个问题。

2）我可否有加拿大的政府部门会接受我的投诉，这样我会有办法取得他的赡养费用？
加拿大政府可能会接受你的投诉。但是我要告诉你赡养费是基于婚姻的长短来计算的，1年的，算你1976年出生，丈夫1970年出生，年薪10W，算婚姻持续1年的话，也只能得100多一个月。

Spousal Support - SSAG

如果你丈夫只有3W，5W的年薪的话，估计上面的数字88至少剪掉一大半，而且只需支付你0.3-0.6年。你自己算算最终法庭判决可以让你拿到几块加元吧!

3）我丈夫在多伦多有没有单方面离婚的可能？我手头拿着他的结婚证的正本，本来他打算叫我做公证的，我拿着这个，应该他就不没有办法单方面离婚了吧？？

加拿大规定提出分居1年就可以法庭判决离婚成立。所以无论你同不同意，只要1年以上分居就可以单方面提出离婚的。

是残忍了一些，不过希望能够打醒那些想靠和男人结婚而从男人那里取得一些啥金钱和物质上的收获的女人。
其实就算结婚10几20年能从男人那里拿到一些钱，又能如何么，依然生活在社会底层？除非钓个金龟婿分他个2亿，不过人家是否是愿意你钓上，还得看你有没有这个资本呢。
