看比较好像是最便宜的，不知道通讯服务如何？

用laser啊，算不错了
比sterling pro 差一点，但是应该比绝大多数平台好了，
没试过，请用过的人说说。

我用zecco還不錯
帳戶有$2500以上,一個月十次免費交易,超過十次每次$4.5
十月份有promotion, 全月免交易手續費

Can Canadian residents open a Trading Account?
