是这样说吗,怎么觉得有点CHINGLISH? 不好意思, 实在有时碰上听错或者看错时,就是不知怎么表达, 说I WAS WRONG,又觉没说清.

well you could explain to them what you did wrong.

Situation one:

Guy: I like your tie.
You: What? You want pie?
Guy: ??? I said i liked your tie.
You: Oh sorry, i heard wrong, i thought you said you wanted pie.

Situation two:

Guy: Can you read that? What does it say?
You: "You...are...a...pig."
Guy: WHAT??? EXCUUUSE ME?
You: Oops sorry, i saw wrong/i read wrong, it actually says "You have a wig"

Situation three:

Guy: What does...triskaidekaphobia mean?
You: uhh... THE FEAR OF TRISKETS!
Guy: Jiminy Crickets! What kind of answer is that??? How old are you? 13?
You: Oh sorry, i thought wrong. it's actually the fear of the number thirteen.
