1,HBP(Home Buyers' Plan)是否要在开RRSP帐户的时候就特别指定,还是在买房子的时候再申请就可以了?

带HBP的RRSP与不带HBP的RRSP有没有什么区别?

2,如果老婆不开RRSP帐户,是否可以把她的每年的配额转到我的名下?而买房子的时候从我的帐户取出4万块?因为想一个帐户的管理可能会简单点。

什么也不懂,请指教。

我就是买的home plan/RRSP,但银行说只能买GIC
就是保持取款的权利,3年4。5%
RRSP合并,没有好处,可能损失要计算才知道

如果是self-directed呢?
比如用RRSP的钱买你推荐的分红基金,到快买房子的时候再把基金卖了。

我也想问这个问题,银行的人也不清楚(他们素质极低)
但RRSP开户是要钱的50元,试验一下。

1, No difference. RRSP account can be used for your HBP, you do not need 在买房子的时候就申请, you can use it any time you like, but you need to do more paper when file tax return if you are withdrawing money under HBP.

2, No, RRSP account can not be joint.
