If the age of the SRRSP account you are going to withdraw money is less than 3 years, the tax liability will attributed back to the contrubutor, but because your withdrawing is under the HBP, you will not have the tax liabilities as long as you made the repayment on time.

例如：夫挣钱，妻现在不挣钱，而且估计今后几年也不会有什么收入或只有很少的收入。

应该做的：夫开一个 RRSP 户口，投少钱或不投钱，但如计划近期买房，最多投两万，其余的都投入到妻子的 SRRSP 户口上。

妻开一个 RRSP 户口，这个户口妻子自己是供款人。一个 SRRSP 户口，这个户口，丈夫是供款人，而妻子是这个户口的 owner.

供款人对他/她所供款的户口负税务责任，无论这个户口是 RRSP 还是 SRRSP. 但供款人只对他/她供款的 SRRSP 户口负三年的责任，三年后，这个责任就可以转嫁到 SRRSP 户口的拥有人头上。

所以，若是三年内从 SRRSP 户口上取钱，这笔钱就要算到供款人头上作为供款人当年的收入而纳税。

简单的说,你在2年之内不能用你为你太太买的RRSP的钱买房,否则你必须要PAY TAX BACK TO　ＧＯＶＥＲＮＭＥＮＴ．．
