好像主权国家才能叫Visa吧？

我以前办过，不过申请送上不久就入籍了，后来就撤了。我是办的商务的，不知旅游的可不可以，据说是要有台湾方面的邀请才可以，时间上大概要2个月以上。

可以给上面那个网站上的联系人打个电话，他们说中文，态度不错，乐于回答你的问题的。
