They have a mix of old and new automation

Communication Skills a must

呵呵，谢谢楼主了。
不知我想的对不对，想从工业电工里找一个比较熟悉各式PLC，Robotic设备和编程的，有一定难度，不知你那个Filipino怎么样
不如取消Electrician Licence的要求，从College Graduate 中招一PLC/Control Technician，好...

菲律宾的下周2才来，不知道怎样。刚毕业的肯定不行，我们厂每年都有10来个多大的co op，什么都不会，学的都是纸上谈兵。
公司因为领导层改组，招聘的广告也是乱写，上次广告要招一个control technician，结果实际是想招一个懂技术的supervisor，广告写的驴唇不对马嘴，所以根本找不到。
PLC方面，原来都是contractor做，现在想省点钱，所以小的项目就由电工做了，我们这些老人比较懒，所以只有严格要求新人了。
