天呀，怎么买Fortec, 这个牌子出名的没有support...现在很多人全靠convert到PANSAT才能看到节目，怎么也不咨询一下才买，captiveworks, sonicview, cnx都贵不到哪里去...

S小于8证明
1. 你的LNB设置不对，应该try一下下面几个数值 10750, 10600, 11250, lnb type选universial

2. 直接把cable连到receiver的lnb in上，去掉switch, 看看是否有S值

Thanks a lot, here is the data of my linear lnbf:
* Input Frequency Range from 10.70Ghz ~ 12.75Ghz
* Output Frequency Range from 950Mhz ~ 1450Mhz
* Local Oscillator Frequency: 9.75GHz/10.6Ghz

I did not use a switch before LNB IN, i have 2 questions of my equipments:
1. if this LNBF is a european one and can not pick up american birds? but I got this from ebay.com in us, should be fine!!
2. how critical is the dish setup? I mean even the dish not aiming a bird not perfect acurate, it should get some signals anyhow!

LNBF is univerial no matter if it's european or North amercian, if you want receive
FTA in north american, normally you need a linear universial Lnbf, it must be linear to receive signal from 95, 97 etc...

No matter where you point u dish at, if you don't have signal at all, normally means
1. u got a faulty LNB or 2. Your setting is not corrent, try change FREQ to 10750/10600 and Type to Universial/Standard

Show me the ebay link of the product, then I know extactly...

by the way, my receiver is fortec mercury II and 31" dish.

try my suggestion...change freq to 10600 or 10750

It's a brand new Ku Band Linear LNB. It works for all linear polarization ku band satellites. 刚刚又量了，我的机器是直流13.6v，芯正皮负。

奇怪昨天怎么量出18v？难道13/18总在变？
输出交流40多v有可能是机器坏掉了。

13v & 18v 分别控制 h信号 & v信号。that's why.
你的lnb加上一个45度朔料片就可以同时收118+119。

过去遇到过，是lnb的问题，如果你把lnb的Freq改为10600也许就有Q值了，如果就是要看中文的，不用调了,能把中文的几个TP调到最高，其他的也会很高了...

如果把lnb的Freq改为10600, 这些TP有Q值了, 但其他的TP又没有了
