求职【求助】如何进入安省教育系统工作？

本人在国内是做老师的，现在还想做老本行，在网上看了些关于这方面的资料，没什么头绪。有没有和我类似背景，现在学校工作或者正努力找这样工作的姐妹，共同探讨一下如何在最短的时间内进入安省教育系统工作。

为什么要排队？我现在想知道进入教育系统程序是怎么样的，时间长点没关系，现在像个无头苍蝇，不知从何下手啊。以前只是听说很难，究竟怎么难也不清楚

大概是这么一个过程: 先要申请念教师学院, 很多大学都有,念一年后拿第二学位和教师证. 这个申请比较难, 我记得他搞了三四次才申请上.读书也很辛苦,在渥太华时他跟俺share公寓, 经常看他整夜熬. 拿完教师证后就可以去各个地方的教育局申请, 面试通过后就可以做全职或代课老师.
我这个同事英语不错, 大学是念科技英语的.在俺以前工作的研究所也是做翻译工作.

第一代华人当中学老师的不多，在这不多的里面也是教数学和物理的多一些。

资格：
1。最低拥有在这里认可大学1st degree。
2。在这里报读教师certification，大约一年。UT有。
3。可再读Master of Education （自由选择）

找工作程序
1。寻找相关推荐进入school board 的待业教师 aprroval List。
2。寻找学校僱用。
3。等运气。

但是如果英文或法文不好，只有你懂而这里土生的听不懂，不用试。

这年许多在这里土生的新毕业certify 教师也多年找不到工作。自己考虑一下。

这个需要清醒一下，如果你是教中国古文学的，英语水平可以平平。教授中国古文学顶尖学位的，英文可以几乎不懂。

可是如果目标是教这里高中英文，不论你写的如何，有口音已也很难找工作。除了个别私人补习社。

如果在国内是英语老师，可以考虑教ESL或LINK，这比HIGH SCHOOL教英语容易些。

个人感觉华人的第一代移民进中小学校教书很难。有个别成功的，但感觉应该是个案，不值得推荐。

还是老老实实的学一个技术性比较强的专业，付出和收获的比例较好。
