闯黄灯罚180，超线一半后灯变红，如果给减点减罚款要不要接受？ 如果上庭不认罪胜的机会高吗？ 谢谢！

如果上法庭，估计要请假，如果请假扣工资通常不合算。
我认识的一位为了100元上法庭，请了几次假，扣的钱远多于100。

There is no standard answer in this case.
It is normal to accept to pay a less amount; or appeal & prepare yourself a good reason to pass yellow light.


I got a ticket last year. When I talked to the Presecutor, I explained my situation -

I felt unsafe to stop by that moment, and I was afraid to see red light; so I decided to speed through yellow light.

Then he offered me $75 to pay the ticket vs $1xx ... I asked, How about $50? He turned impatient and asked me to see judge instead.

I was a little upset by then; but it turned out I paid $0 when I saw the judge. Before judge I did not say a word and was let go.

你这位朋友并不傻.如不去,就等于认罪,有底案,保险很可能涨,这一涨就是6年,你去算算要多花多少钱.去上庭,才可能赢.所以除非去不了,一般来说最好上庭.

上庭,不接受减点减罚款条件.你有可能赢得这个官司(闯黄灯本身就是一个很难判对不对的问题,交规说的是在安全情况下你必须停,但如遇黄灯停车会造成险情,那是停车,还是继续走?)
只有赢得官司,才没有底案.那些减点减罚款没多大意义,仍有可能涨保险.
