请教各位老板去旅行三周，我能拿三周EI吗？

如果因此你三周没有工作，当然可以申请EI，但需老板给你出ROE，如果三周后复工，你实际上只能拿到1周的EI，因为有2周的等待期。

如果以前申请过EI没领完就上班了，而且以前的还在有效期内，激活就可以领三周。
