if you don't have any witness, no problem, you can ask some regular customers(canadian) to be your witnesses. not all people are wicked like your boss, believe me.
if it is possible, you can tell the whole story to some native canadian, , and maybe some of them can give you some good ideas, they are familiar with everything after all.
perhaps it will be taking a few weeks, but don't worry, don't give up. even it is not getting a good results, but this event also benefits you, cause you got some experiences from it.
