我打算买生意,想找个经纪人,请问大家:这生意经纪人是否像房屋经纪人一样带你满世界的去看,还是你自己去看?生意经纪人一般会为买家做些什么,是否要付钱给ta?找个经纪会比不找要有用许多吗? 大家有好的推荐吗?

不一定,通常很少情况满街带你看,你买生意总有个大概意向吧。
买生意和买房子一样,买房不用付费。但和买房一样,大多数经纪不会帮你看生意的本质(是否真的赚钱,每周确定的营业额,利润等等,这些还得你自己做),仅仅帮你处理文书合约的问题。

谢谢楼上两位的回复。这么说来生意经纪不会像房屋经纪那样带你去看生意,所有的生意都要你自己去看,自己决定,他们不会给参考意见。他们起的作用就是在你下offer时给你出份固定格式的合同,那我找任何一个生意经纪人都是同样的结果,对吧?

如果有经验的话,也可以给你一些有用的意见。但这就像买房一样,自己要多做功课,主意还得自己拿。

可惜我不在多伦多,不能帮你,建议你找个当地有商业地产资质的经纪,学历资历经验和工作敬业态度都很重要。通常我们为一个生意付出的时间和精力会多出数倍,下OFFER只是其中一个环节,前后几个月涉及的事情非常繁杂,你在看任何生意前还需要签订保密协议,否则人家不愿意提供详细的财务和经营数据给你。

反正你都是要请经纪的,为什么不早请?好歹还能给你一些参考信息,还可能找出一些你自己没发现的机会。

其实这跟买房是一个道理,如果你很有经验又有很多信息渠道的话,请不请经纪无所谓。如果是初次买房(买生意),又没有什么经验的话,还是请吧。再说经纪费又不用你出。没有买方经纪,有时候卖家经纪兼做两方的经纪,会让一些利。但前提条件是你对市场非常熟。这个一般人比较难做到。

再次谢谢楼上两位。看来经纪人起的作用还是非常大的,我不在多伦多但在安省的一个小城,这也是我感到犹豫的方面。不管怎样,我还是决定马上去打电话找经纪。

华人做生意经纪的就那几个,说实话都是二把刀,懂的不多,现在房产好,不少人都转去做那个了,房子买卖两旺,还省事,
生意好坏还要靠自己多比较,用他们主要是因为他们可以从地产网获取最新的信息,而且如果对方不是私售的话,你必须要找个买方经济,
