默认 在小房子换大房子的时候是不是中间可以有1年的缓冲期!

在小房子换大房子的时候是不是中间可以有1年的缓冲期!
即只要在一年之内把小房子卖出,
2个房子都可以按自住处理?

半年吧?我理解的是新房呀,第一个房子可以随时卖,第二个,要住满半年才能卖,不会收税.

另一个应该算是投资房, 卖的时候差价可能要上税.

请问从文章的那一部分得出可有1年transition time? It has a Principle residence examption calculation, A* (B+1)/C. 是从这个来的吗? 这个计算公式是用于计算曾经是自住房的CAPITAL GAIN.能否用来计算自住房?并且B,C is number of Tax year. please explain it, thanks.
