不list很难估计市价是多少呢,以前貌似市价比估计多不了多少,现在藕看市价都比估价高好多,来看看这个例子。

2005年的新房子,当时喊价59万,corner lot,现在mls上asking price $850,000

是,是。三百万的房子肯定是有的。像我们那儿Bridle Path那疙瘩。简直就是电影里的豪宅啊。也有中国移民的。

看来大多数人还是在20到50万之间啊。数据还是太少。大家加油投啊。

公寓一般7-8万,30年新还有不少。如果确实有兴趣修房,2万-3万就能买到不错的,这里推荐一个1块钱一套

OK. 就目前的投票结果作一下统计:

总投票数66。房产总值取各档次的中值,即0-10万的取5万为中间值,大于300万的就取300万。总平均房价是60万。华枫网友太有钱了。

不对。酱紫算法不符合统计原则。被那5个300万的豪宅一背,所有的房子都增值了。是一个扭曲的平均值。应该掐头去尾算。把最便宜的一组和最贵的一组去掉。中间各组共有投票59个。平均房价42万。

嗯,糨子还差不多。脚比真实地反映现行房事。
