买了加航的flight pass,眼看快过期,但定不上票

我在去年12月买了到中国的flight pass,去年12月份已经用掉2个CRTIDITS,还剩下4个,
我在今年夏天7,8月份的时候就想再用掉2个,可是就是定不到票,这个月开始我又定票,可是从10月
20号,到11月11号居然又没有票,我打了好多次电话,自己又在网上查了很多次,好不容易定到了一
个11月6号早5点的飞机,对我的行程造成了很大的不方便.回程的时候也只能定到月底的.我不得已只得
定到11月底回来.这样一来我的PASS到12月初就到期了,原本我计划去香港玩一趟,可是时间已经
不能让我去了,我已经不可能在用掉剩下的2个CRTIDITS.而且我试着在网上在定票12月初也没有票可出了.
回程的12月我试着也只有一天可定,原来买PASS的时候是为了方便,可没有想到给我造成了很大的麻烦
我想定的日子都没有,尽管提前一个多月也不行,定票的时候不能出的日子永远是显示系统错误,打电话询问被告知
是供FLINGHT PASS 持有者选择的票已经SOLD OUT ,这对我很不公平眼看着剩下的两个CRTIDITS
就要过期了,我很着急,希望能够延期我的PASS ,但加航告诉我不可以延期.我真是冤枉啊.
白白损失一千大洋,大家说我该怎么据理力争,这不是我的错误啊.

this is the problem with flight pass, you have to book all your tickets as soon as you get the pass

no choice, they don't have too much service for flight pass, you have to submit the complian online as well, but it won't help too much as you already agree with that terms/ conditions when you bought your flight pass.

那我怎么办呢,网上还说提前一个小时出票都可以,我已经写了投诉信了,但他们说我可以再买一个新的,或者就只能作废了,我是觉得太不公平了,不是我不想用掉,是我定不上票.有什么办法吗
或者我到哪里去投诉呢.

that's true, you can book flight anytime before they stop check in. I did this before, but you have to make sure there has seat available for flight pass(there only has few seats available for flight pass). And I don't think you can get anything back from them

terms and conditions里写得很明白，过期没用掉的credit就作废了。

这种flight pass楼主只提前一个月定很难定到的，一定要从长计议，提前至少3个月开始计划行程，7，8月是high season，12月又是high season，楼主每次都指提前一个月，定不到票也不足为奇。

这个你complain的胜算很小，看你能坚持多久了and also depends on who you can talk to。

Validity period:
This Flight Pass is valid for twelve (12) months from its date of purchase. All unused flight credits remaining beyond this period will be forfeited.

Booking flight credits:
Flight credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the purchaser;
One flight credit is required per direction including connections;
Flight credit bookings are subject to availability of ‘G' booking class;
Bookings are permitted up to two (2) hours prior to scheduled departure time;
Flight credits may be available for booking only 24 hours after purchase;
Flight credits can be used only on Air Canada, Air Canada Jazz and Air Canada regional partners with Air Canada flight number
Flights and routes are subject to change without notice at any time.
The booking and use of flight credits are also subject to applicable laws including immigration requirements. It is the responsibility of eligible travellers to carry all necessary travel documents and comply with all applicable immigration requirements; visit Information and Services - Travel Documentation for more information.
Flight Pass travel is subject to Air Canada's normal checked baggage policies.
It is strongly recommended that Flight Credits be booked and confirmed as far in advance of travel as space may be limited during peak demand periods.

便宜总是有条件的。实在不行就再买个新的，然后把用不着的转让他人。

上次我们订好去纽约的机票因为特殊原因必须改票，但改票费用比票价还高，干脆就不要了（损失了６百多），自己开车去的纽约。

这种pass是给做生意的人用的，一年要跑好几次都人。
普通人买的话是很不划算的，7-8月，12月这种旺期是不能定的，什么5.1、10.1期间也都不用想。反正不是很划算。
