Talking 简易夏日滚汤

材料:肉适量,花侧3条,香菜几棵,维它山水嫩滑豆腐,小小蘑菇1包,鸡蛋1个,紫菜适量。

1。先做汤底
pork chop 3块为什么用pork chop呢,呵呵,因为买了不知道怎么做,,用其它肉或者三两个浸软的干贝代替也行这个很随意。另外就是3条花侧,几片姜,煲半小时左右。

2。吧做汤底的料全捞起来,放入紫菜,小小蘑菇,豆腐粒,香菜(切段),鸡蛋,煮到水开了就马上关火,调味。

呵呵,我也经常在鱼汤里放小蘑菇,很提鲜味。
我发现这种小小蘑菇跟其它的有点不一样,煮很久也清清爽爽的,最近特爱吃,做汤煮方便面什么的都要放点~~

这个汤很奇怪, 三种腥的东西-----肉,鱼,蛋----放在一起, 想像不出会是什么味道?



多伦多的,大概是香港话翻译的。温哥华怎么叫? 这种鱼其实和国内的鲫鱼差不多。肉还挺嫩的,属于贱鱼。
你未曾喝过这汤麽?我经常喝,也许已经习惯了,呵呵~~不过,鱼未煮前的确是腥,但放几片姜一起煮过就完全没有了,如果两面煎一煎煲出来的鱼汤还会更香。我这次比较懒省略了这一步骤,加了香菜和小蘑菇,调味只放了盐,经已非常的鲜甜清香,~~

还有最最最懒人速成汤:紫菜蛋花汤+干吓米,我也不觉得腥~~

干吓米加葱花油盐爆炒一下下,放适量水,水开了,放紫菜和鸡蛋(打碎),调味,bingo!

我也经常吃这个. 不过我的做法比你还懒. 我是直接放水, 放紫菜和干吓米,水开了,放鸡蛋(打碎), 加葱花,香油和盐, 再点一点儿生抽, 我们那管这个做法叫倒呛锅.
