The number in the charts includes bonus and compensitions, includes the guys work up North.

To be a F+ you are usually above senoir Engineering Manager, at VP or SVP levels, possibly one of the Chief officers.

This shows the distribution of responsibilities. Less than 5% of P.Eng.s are F+, including Engineers nearing retiring ages or/and helding high level positions.
