Is any English-Chinese dictionary OK to be installed under WIN 7? My Jinshanciba failed at win7; it caused windows explorer restart again and again. Thank you!

using IE7 browser works, or click "direct link" to download the .exe file. some browsers do not allow to download .exe files.
this is just the basic application, you need to download more dictionaries for better usage. http://stardict.sourceforge.net/cn/index.php

非常好的词典。
用它的词库作了一个黑莓用的，还可以，不知道为什么不忽略标点：如果抓的词后面紧接着是标点，竟然不忽略那个标点而导致找不到词。可恶！
linux的也很好用
for n800的也好用+FBreader，很好。

can it get translation by mice pointing like kingsoft does? I need to read instructor's powerpoint slides and word assignments and have necessary translation when reading!

Sure, it's the basic feature for dictionary now. Check the website you will see.
