180亩地的COTTAGE
除了一个两室一厅的房子,再有就是大片的草地及杉木林. 能用它干什么呢? 可以把部分变成农田或鱼塘吗? 这儿有地产经济愿意帮我了解这些吗? 另外, 这么大的土地, 地税是如何计算的呢?

我曾对这也感兴趣过。到当地政府的网站上可以了解到很多你想要的信息。 一块地是否将来可能改变用途,比如树林变农地,农地变住宅地,或者大块地拆分出售,要看当地政府的规划,当年的或中长期的。到planning Dept. 找与 zoning有关的信息。 地大地税不一定高,基本与其物业的售价成比例。cottage的地税与市镇上同价值的住宅差不多,农牧场地税相对还可能低一些。如果有物产,缴纳农业收入等税的话,地税还会有减免。 |

For me, no special purpose. Just because I recently made some money and think this might be a good way to spend it. Kidding . If I happen to be able to turn it into a sustainable income generating property, that would be cool. 引用:
